We are looking for Sales Account Managers with experience in business processes.
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving the sales of Cloud solutions, which includes managing relationships and negotiations with existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers and resellers.
The candidate must have the following requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in the IT industry and demonstrable goals achievements (assigned sales target and achievement obtained)
- Knowledge of organization and business process issues
- Ability to work to targets
- Ability to create, manage and develop the pipeline and their own forecast
- Familiarity with the daily use of tools to support activities related to sales cycle (CRM)
The company offers a pay system based on fixed salary and allowances linked to performance and the achievement of individual and shared goals. The total compensation (fixed + variable) will be identified according to the experience and the objectives assigned to the position.
